Advanced composition would include writing solo music for introit, preludes, and offertories. Composing and arranging would include writing new praise and worship songs and/or arranging existing songs for the instruments and worship team in that local church where the musician serves. Cubase is a computer software program for arranging, composing, and scoring music and includes computerized sound studio for those who desire the produce their own Compact Discs * Independent Study (8 Credits --1 module --9 weeks) This is an advanced worship and musical drama project. This is a specific project to incorporate the Word and music to present in a worship service. These are done to support what is being preached by the Pastor. * Study of Worship Evangelism in Today Church (8 Credits --1 --18 weeks) This can be done as an independent study course. Must be completed within 18 weeks. This course is designed to provide an overview of how music can be utilized dynamically in outreach, music for different age groups, and the impact of truly anointed music in the current Church setting. Master Practicum (4 Credits each --2 modules --9 weeks each) Supervised work in a church setting. This develops the personal qualities essential to success and Godly service in church ministry. On site only. Required Credits: 88 * Denotes course that can bed one as supervised Independent Study. Appointments for all independent study projects must be on-site at the Main Campus in Titusville, Florida. Subsequent appointments will be set at that time.
